A room full of peer support specialists in Gadsden. Not one of them asked whether overdose is a real problem. 💜

They already know. They are usually the first familiar face in the room when something goes wrong. That is why there was a line at our table all day at the 2026 CRSS Conference.

Every ONEbox® that left that table went home to somebody's program in Alabama. They were already showing up. Now they have something to open.

Always call 911 during any suspected overdose.

Shoutout to 360 ENC for getting North Carolina schools ready. 💜

Their FAFOO program is putting ONEbox® on school walls so naloxone is right there when it matters. Tap their post below and show them some love.

247 forensic lab reports in 2023. 8,233 in 2025. Same drug.

Medetomidine. Teams call it rhino tranq. It is a sedative, so breathing can come back long before the person does.

Naloxone still works. DEA is warning that some of what is out there now takes several doses to reverse. A cabinet with two in it is not stocked for that.

Jeff built eight slides on it. Swipe it, then go count the doses wherever your naloxone lives.

This is what showing up with the right thing looks like. 💜

Shane Tidwell of ROSS walked out of the 2026 CRSS Conference in Gadsden with a ONEbox® in hand, which is one more Alabama community that can respond in the first minutes instead of waiting.

Tell us your organization and we'll get you the same thing.

Back in May, Wilson County Health Department won the William "Bill" Smith Outstanding Public Health Award. 💜

The Eastern District of the North Carolina Public Health Association gave it for their regional contributions and leadership, which is a whole department's work.

Still worth saying out loud. Congratulations from all of us at R3®, and go tell them in the comments.

Anchors in cities across the nation. Different stations. Different markets. All saying the same word on air.

ONEbox.

Because somewhere in their town, a box went up on a wall.

That's not a marketing budget.

That's 40,000+ boxes doing what they were built to do.

1,000+ partners. All 50 states. 800+ lives saved.

Your wall is next. 🟪

Something in this photo is winning the Heisman this year, and it isn't Isaiah. 🏈

That's a ONEbox®, a purple box that mounts next to your AED, holds your own naloxone, and plays a video walking whoever opens it through an overdose response, in English and Spanish.

Isaiah nailed the pose. But the ONEbox® stats speak for themselves: 40,000+ deployed, 1,000+ partners, 800+ lives saved. Talk about a franchise player. Never seen one? Ask in the comments.

Always call 911 during any suspected overdose.

Today, Rapid Risk Reduction join communities across the country and around the world in recognizing International Overdose Awareness Day and honoring the lives lost to overdose.
Behind every number is a person. A son or daughter. A mother or father. A brother or sister. A friend, neighbor, coworker, or loved one whose absence continues to be felt by the people who knew them.

International Overdose Awareness Day is an opportunity to remember those we have lost, support those who continue to struggle, and stand beside the families and communities carrying the weight of those losses.
For many, overdose is not an abstract issue. It is something that has touched their families, their neighborhoods, and their communities directly.

The grief does not disappear when the headlines move on, and the people we have lost should never become statistics.
Today, we remember them by name, by story, and by the lives they lived, not simply by how they died.

We also recognize the families, friends, recovery advocates, first responders, healthcare professionals, peer support specialists, and countless community members who continue to show up every day in the face of this crisis.
On this International Overdose Awareness Day, we would like to extend our deepest condolences to every family and individual who has lost someone to overdose.
We remember those we have lost. We stand with those who are still here. And we remain committed to a future where fewer families have to experience this loss.

History made in Kentucky! 👏

Oldham County Detention Center is officially the first in the state to deploy ONEbox®! The R3entry Program provides individuals with a ONEbox™ as they re-enter the community and to visitors walking through the door.

Massive THANK YOU to Attorney General Russell Coleman, Oldham County Jailer Jeff Tindall, County Judge/Executive David Voegele, and the Healthy Oldham County Coalition for making this initiative possible. Together, we are saving lives. 💜
