We specialize in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, psychotherapy, and ADHD & executive function coaching for children, teens, and adults. Heller Psychology Group (HPG) offers psychotherapy, ADHD & Executive Functioning Coaching, and evaluation/testing services for children, adolescents, and adults. HPG is somewhat unique in that Dr. Heller provides combined psychotherapy/ADHD & EF coach
ing services to help kids, teens, and adults with time management and organizational skills while addressing anxiety, low self-esteem, poor motivation, and other challenges that can interfere with daily functioning. HPG is also the home of Dr. Heller's Executive Functioning Boot Camp, which is a specialized two hour virtual intensive 1:1 session where he helps kids, teens, and adults to collaboratively develop a comprehensive plan for everything related to executive functioning (i.e., tracking homework/work tasks, chores, planning out tasks, keeping room organized and much more). Chronic illness support is another specialty of the practice, with Hope Heller, LCSW-C using her years of experience working with rare disorders to help clients and their families cope effectively and find their new normal. All services are available virtually in Maryland, D.C., Virginia, and PSYPACT participating states (which include Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Arizona, and most other states).
