You get headaches after screens š»š±š£
So naturally, you assume you need a stronger prescription. That seems logical. But what if youāre solving the wrong problem?
One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that clear eyesight automatically means your visual system is working well. It doesnāt.
You can see 20/20 and still struggle to sustain visual performance throughout the day.
Thatās where visual stamina comes in.
Visual stamina is your ability to keep your eyes and brain working together efficiently over time. When that system starts breaking down, your body finds ways to compensate.
And compensation often shows up as headaches, blur, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, or feeling completely drained after a day on screens.
The frustrating part is that many people are told everything looks ānormalā because they passed the eye exam.
But seeing clearly and functioning efficiently are not the same thing.
Vision isnāt just about seeing clearly. Itās about how efficiently your visual system performs under demand. šļøš§
And screens are one of the fastest ways to expose when that system is struggling.
