Dr. Min joined us today, and we were finally able to present him with his farewell gift. 💙

We’re so grateful for the time he spent with our Pediatrics family and for all he contributed along the way. It was wonderful having the opportunity to celebrate him and wish him well on his next chapter.

Hopefully this isn’t really goodbye — we’re looking forward to seeing Dr. Min again soon… this time as a civilian! 😊💙

I’m loving the facial hair 🥰

This one is hard. 💜

It’s time for Dr. Carolyn Burklow to retire, and while I am so happy for her, saying goodbye is not easy.

Some people leave a mark on a workplace simply because of who they are, and Dr. Burklow is definitely one of those people. Her kindness, knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for others have meant so much to so many people over the years.

I feel truly fortunate to have had the opportunity to know and work with her. Pediatrics just won’t feel quite the same without her.

Dr. Burklow, thank you for all that you have given, all that you have taught, and all the lives you have touched along the way. You have earned every bit of this next chapter, and I hope retirement brings you nothing but peace, happiness, laughter, and plenty of time to enjoy life.

You will be deeply missed. 💜💐

Congratulations on your retirement, Dr. Burklow. You deserve it all.

Thank you Dr. Laura Mulreany for the yummy cake!

Ward Block 2 Team threw a birthday party for one of our Hem-Onc patients who had to spend their special day in the hospital. 🎂🎈💙

A beautiful reminder that patient care goes beyond medicine—sometimes it’s about creating a little joy and making sure no birthday goes uncelebrated. 🥳✨

Our residents spent time in the Simulation Lab for Sim & Skills Day! 🩺🏥

During the session, they participated in hands-on training focused on foreign body removal, needle decompression, and airway management skills.

Simulation training provides a supportive environment to practice real-life clinical scenarios while strengthening teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

We’re proud of our trainees and their continued commitment to learning, growing, and providing excellent care to our pediatric patients. 💙

🎲 Wellness Morning Report! 🧩✨

We switched things up this morning with a little friendly competition and some board game fun! 🎉 A great way to connect, recharge, and enjoy some time together before taking on the day. 💙🩺

Because wellness matters—and sometimes, a good board game is just what the doctor ordered! 😉🎲
