Our Activities Department hosted their very own “Emmys” Party, inspired by Hollywood’s big celebration this past Sunday! 🎬🌟

Our residents had a wonderful time, enjoying the festivities, celebrating one another, and even taking home some fabulous trophies! 🏆🎉

It was a fun-filled afternoon worthy of the red carpet! 💜✨

Football Season Kickoff! 🏈🎉

We welcomed football season with a fun party and encouraged everyone to show off their favorite team jerseys!

Our residents enjoyed plenty of food and drinks, including macaroni salad, chips and salsa, chicken nuggets, and more. 🍗

We also had a game playing for everyone to watch while enjoying the food, conversation, and football spirit! 🏈

After a fall at home resulted in a fracture, Sylvia Hudson came to Carriage Hill for rehabilitation. Throughout her stay, she experienced the kindness, patience, and support of our team while working toward her recovery. 👏

Sylvia shared: “The staff are kind, patient, and always have a smile on their faces while doing their job. It’s such a joy to experience this kind of wonderful environment and great staff at my time of vulnerability.” 💜

We recently held a town hall meeting with our staff, creating an open forum to share ideas, opinions, and feedback on how we can continue to improve the care we provide.

It was a great opportunity to talk about what’s working well, what could be improved, and how we can work together to make an even bigger difference for our patients. 💜
