Shaving between waxes can:
• Throw off your hair growth cycles, leaving hairs at different lengths.

😮‍💨 omg 4 years.

According to the SBA about half of new businesses make it to year four.

Four years ago, I started building something that was mine. Since then, Glow With The Flow Skin Studio has grown, evolved, and taught me more than I could have imagined. I’ve celebrated wins but I’ve also have stressed and cried… so many times. I never let the losses keep me down 💪 I’ve always found a way.

Am I exactly where I want to be? Not yet. Do I still have big dreams for this business? Absolutely. But I’m learning that you can be proud of how far you’ve come while still working toward where you want to go.

To every client who has booked an appointment, trusted us with their skin, referred a friend, left a review, or supported this small business in any way: THANK YOU. You are a part of this journey, and I never want to take that for granted. 🫶

To my team … my girls… I never wanted to be solo and Glow wouldn’t be a business without you two ✨ I’m so grateful for everything you do for our clients, our studio, and this business. 🥂 thanks for sticking with me!

But what if the people you work with become some of the people you trust the most? 🥹❤️

Building a business is one thing, but building genuine relationships with the people who help bring your vision to life is something completely different.

Lyric has seen the good days, the stressful days, the moments of doubt, the tears, the laughter, and probably a few versions of me that the rest of the world hasn’t. 😂

There’s something special about having someone in your corner who knows the person behind the business owner. Someone you can laugh with, vent to, lean on, and trust when things get hard.

I refuse to believe that being a good boss means you can’t genuinely love and care about the people you work alongside.

I’m grateful for the loyalty, the friendship, the laughs, and all the memories we’ve made along the way.

Because at the end of the day, I don’t just want to build a successful business. I want to build something that the people who helped me create it are proud to be part of. ❤️

And yes… she knows where the bodies are buried. 🤣

Lyric is clearly taking her assignment very seriously… snacks secured, TikTok open, research underway. 🫡

Meanwhile, we’re just estheticians and waxers trying to figure out how we accidentally became part-time content creators too. 😆

So if you see us filming, scrolling, laughing in the corner or making each other redo something 14 times… mind your business. We’re working. 😂
