๐ก๏ธ Heat exhaustion does not always look serious at first.
For older adults, the early signs can feel like "just a tired day" or "a little headache." But the body is sending clear signals, and acting early can prevent something far more serious.
If you notice these signs, move your loved one to a cool place, offer small sips of water, and cool the skin with a damp cloth. If symptoms do not improve quickly, or if confusion or fainting appears, call 911 right away.
