NEW FROM THE HEART BLOG POST!

Today is a rare occasion to do something new and different!!

As I was writing this blog on my patio, I took a break to walk in the garden to meditate on these energies. I looked down and found a Barred Owl feather attached to one of my plants leaves.

Last night as I was gazing at this blue moon, I saw and heard 2 Barred Owls in the tree near my patio. I was "talking' with them and Hooing back to them... one left me a gift and I feel I was heard.

The Barred Owl's call, often described as "who who are you?," serves as a reminder to use one's voice and seek answers in the world.

Owl Medicine encourages individuals to listen for wisdom and support in their lives. It is often seen as a spiritual guide during times of transition and how we can also provide guidance and support to others in their moments of change.

The Universe is always guiding us with signs and symbols!

Our guides are all around us, we just need to ask for help.

I’m deeply grateful to have been a guest on *The Deep Voice Man Show* with Luke Jean-Louis.

What stood out most to me wasn’t just the conversation itself, but the space that was created for it. There was a genuine presence, care, and intention that allowed something meaningful to unfold—something that felt truly collaborative.

Together, we explored my journey from corporate leadership into spiritual awakening…

the realization that external success wasn’t enough…

and the deeper work I now do guiding people back to their center and authentic self.
