THIS WEEK LET'S DO Musikfest - STAY HEALTHY WITH Lehigh Valley Health Network - SOME TIPS

Walking can be beneficial - do stretches before the long walk to the fest. Walking is recommended by the American Chiropractic Association it can relieve back pain. Stay hydrated!

Don’t wait to drink water until you’re thirsty. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to stay hydrated. If enjoying alcoholic beverages, rotate between filling your mug with water after every drink.

Be sure to wear sneakers, walking shoes or another comfortable footwear. There’s a lot to see and do at Musikfest Take care of your feet so you don’t miss a thing

Keep your hands clean. If you forgot your hand sanitizer at home, there are hand-sanitizing stations at all first aid tents.
