One of the greatest gifts we can give someone we love is to remember them.

Sharing a favorite story, laughing about a cherished memory, preparing one of their favorite recipes, or telling a younger generation about the person they were keeps their legacy alive. Speaking their name doesn't reopen old wounds; it honors a life that mattered and reminds us that love never truly fades.

There are times when we choose distraction rather than dealing with grief. Often times, we find that distraction in our work.
