Sometimes we don’t realize how much we’re holding until we pause long enough to notice our breath. Shallow breathing, holding the breath, tension in the chest or shoulders…our bodies can give us little clues that it’s time to slow down and reconnect.

In my wellness studio, I use breath awareness, intentional breathing, yoga, meditation, and mindful movement to help you create space to listen to what your body may be asking for.

You don’t have to “perfect” your breath.
You simply have to notice it. 🤍
