Our affordable housing team recently attended the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) 2026 Multifamily Affordable Housing Conference at Seven Springs Resort. Regional Property Managers Barbie Hucaluk and Kattie Rhoads, Service Coordinators Katie Briggs and Melissa Castle, and CEO Len Weiser joined affordable housing professionals from across Pennsylvania for three days of education, networking, and collaboration. Opportunities like this help us stay informed, share ideas, and continue strengthening the affordable housing communities we serve throughout eastern Pennsylvania. ❤️✝️

On Monday, May 18 our Admissions Team visited our neighbors at Lutheran Manor Independent Living Apartments where 190 residents reside. Our Admissions Nurse, Alicia gave a presentation on "Arthritis and You" for Arthritis Awareness Month. Our presentation was televised to everyone’s apartment. Residents enjoyed asking questions, reviewing handouts and enjoying a delicious veggie tray plus our famous cookies. ❤️✝️

Residents at St. Catharines enjoyed a game of Bingo, hosted by Meals Direct. Meals Direct offers free hot meals to those who have Medicaid/ Waivers. The meals can be tailored to different cultures and meal diet restrictions: American food, Soul food, Vietnamese, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Middle Eastern foods. Residents can enjoy some of each when they receive weekly meals. They also have options to get frozen meals! ❤️✝️
