Our Response to COVID-19
A New Dawn Psychotherapy Associates, LLC is committed to meeting the needs of our clients during this challenging time. We are focused on the physical health and mental well-being of our clients, therapists, and staff. As of 3/17/2020, our practice remains open for face-to-face sessions. While some of our therapists will not be physically available, if you need an in-person session, please contact our office at 610-861-8779 or [email protected].
Some insurance companies will permit sessions via telehealth. We are able to provide sessions via Yellow Schedule, our HIPAA compliant application through which you already receive text message reminders of your sessions. If you prefer a telehealth appointment, please text your therapist via the Yellow Schedule app or contact the office at 610-861-8779 or [email protected].
If you do not feel safe at home, our office is open from 10am-3pm every day to provide a safe place to be. Please contact our office for more information or come to the office for respite during those times.
If you are feeling ill, please stay home and contact us to reschedule or to schedule a telehealth appointment. Working together, we will get through this time. We are here to support you.
