My non-negotiable warm-up prior to training - probably not what you’d expect

Can you out-train a bad diet? Depends on how bad the diet is 😂

Science-based lifting is everywhere right now—and honestly, I think it’s a good thing.

A lot of the research absolutely applies to what we’re trying to achieve in the gym. And truthfully, bodybuilders have been ahead of the curve on most of it just through years of trial and error.

But here’s where I have a problem with the way it’s presented on social media today: there’s no intensity behind it.
You can have perfect form, perfect ex*****on, and quote all the studies you want—but if you’re not pushing hard enough to create a real stimulus, none of it matters.

At the end of the day, your body doesn’t adapt to good intentions or textbook setups. It adapts to stress. If you’re not training with real intensity, you’re leaving results on the table, science based or not.

So are you actually training hard enough to grow? Or just checking boxes?
