🚨 SHAH SPINE & PAIN PET PEEVES 🚨

We absolutely love our patients (and our referring providers ❤️), but let’s have a little fun…

👨‍⚕️ Doctors: The “Hey, can you just squeeze in my friend today?” text. 😅

📱 Patients: The one-word text…
“Hi.”
…and then five minutes later…
“I have a question.” 😂

💉 Injection Patients: “How much longer?” before we’ve even called the first patient back. 😆

Now it’s YOUR turn…

👩‍⚕️ Staff—what’s your biggest office pet peeve?

🙋 Patients—what’s YOUR biggest pet peeve when visiting a doctor’s office?

Disclaimer: It’s all in good fun! We appreciate every patient, every referring provider, and every member of our team. ❤️

From leading integrated pain initiatives within large healthcare systems to building my own private practice, it’s been an incredible journey seeing that many of the same challenges exist regardless of size.

Honored to be speaking at the Becker’s Spine, Orthopedics and Pain Management Healthcare Conference in Chicago on Integrated Pain Medicine and collaborating with colleagues who are shaping the future of patient care.

What struck me most is that whether you’re part of a national health system or an independent practice, the focus remains the same: improving patient outcomes, reducing fragmentation, and creating care pathways that truly work for patients.

Looking forward to sharing insights from both sides of healthcare and learning from fellow leaders across the country.

Struggling with chronic low back pain?

You may be a candidate for the SPRINT PNS System — a non-surgical, non-permanent solution designed to relieve pain at the source.

This innovative therapy uses peripheral nerve stimulation to calm pain signals and help your body reset — without long-term implants.

✨ Minimally invasive
✨ No permanent hardware
✨ Designed for lasting relief

Many patients experience meaningful pain relief and improved function — even after the system is removed.

Regenerative medicine is evolving — and precision matters. 🩸

One of the biggest misconceptions in PRP and regenerative therapies is that all platelet treatments are the same. They are not.

The quantity of platelets and regenerative cells delivered can dramatically impact outcomes. With newer technology, we are now able to better analyze and extract billions of platelets with higher precision and consistency.

Be cautious of treatments using very small blood draws. In order to isolate a meaningful concentration of platelets and regenerative cells, larger volume blood collection is often necessary to achieve optimal cellular yield.

More science. More precision. Better healing potential.

The future of regenerative medicine is not just doing PRP — it’s understanding the biology behind it.

Strong moms build strong foundations. 💪🌸

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the women who carry so much — and remind them to take care of themselves too.

Strength training is one of the most powerful tools for long-term spine health, pain prevention, mobility, balance, and overall wellness. Building strength helps support the core and spine, reduce injury risk, improve posture, and keep you doing what you love most.

At Shah Spine & Pain, we believe feeling strong is part of living well.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms who inspire strength every day. 💕✨
