I FINALLY DID IT! “aerial yoga”

Whether it’s downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana) legs up the wall (viparita karani). wide leg forward fold (prasarita padottanasana), headstand (salamba shirshasana) shoulder stand (salamba sarvangasana) crow (bakasana) and so on, inversions are beneficial. Turning ourselves upside down is contrary to what we do daily 😊 Takes the body out of the normal range of motion and habitual pattern. Helps the skin, the mood, the brain, digestion, the spine, flexibility, strengthens, improves energy level, sleep etc. Precautions do apply though, therefore do check prior to attempting it if you have health concerns and for first timers qualified guidance is recommended.
