Bobbi and Morgan celebrated Shark Week with a fun shark themed boxing class!

This morning, our 9:00 AM Cardio Strength class gave Bobbi a special surprise at her final class before heading back to school! 🎓
The group created a workout routine that spelled out her name:
B – Bicep Curls 💪
O – Overhead Press 🙌
B – Butt Kicks 🏃‍♀️
B – Box Lift 📦
I – Isometric Squats 🦵
It was a fun and heartfelt way to celebrate all the energy, encouragement, and smiles Bobbi has brought to our class. We are truly going to miss her, but we couldn't be more excited for her as she begins this new adventure.

Our very own Morgan Skopec, Wellness Coordinator, is participating as an individual runner in tonight’s Brady Street Sprints, kicking off this weekend’s Quad-City Times Bix 7 road race!

Join us in cheering on Morgan and all of the runners at 7:00pm at Brady Street Hill, or watch from the comfort of your home via live broadcast on KWQC TV6 News!

Mom Morgan Skopec expects to finish last, but she hopes pushing her daughter Daisy will inspire parents to keep chasing their athletic passions.
