The Ghost Lanes of LA: A Reality Check 🚦🚲

Take a look at almost any new, multi-million dollar green bike lane in Los Angeles, and you’ll notice a common theme: they are completely empty.

While bumper-to-bumper traffic grinds our city to a halt, millions in taxpayer dollars are being poured into underutilized infrastructure that removes vital vehicle lanes. LA is a sprawling metropolis, not a compact European city—forcing working families into longer commutes to accommodate passion projects just doesn't make sense.

We need safe streets, but we also need common sense. It’s time to stop wasting money on lanes to nowhere and start investing in realistic transportation solutions that actually benefit the majority of Angelenos.
