Our beautiful patient had tried fillers in the past, which caused chronic swelling. We removed the fillers and performed multiple sessions of Morpheus to address skin laxity.

After the fillers were dissolved, we performed our signature Trifecta Lift procedure (lower lid blepharoplasty, fat transfer, and CO2 laser resurfacing) with injection of nano fat.

One week after the surgery, the patient is bruised and has some markings, but the skin will peel off, and the final result shows a significant improvement in the patient’s anatomy.
