Small changes make the biggest difference, and knowing which ones to make is the real skill. Dr. Davis doesn’t reach for one standard fix. He looks at what each face actually needs, whether that’s heaviness to lift, an asymmetry to correct, or both, and builds a combination around it, all with the goal of bringing more harmony to her features and letting her natural beauty come through.

Two months post-op 🚨 (Love the same jacket!)

A deep plane approach with a full facial reset-
lifting, repositioning, and restoring rather than pulling.

What stands out most is the eye area. Brighter, smoother, and noticeably more refreshed. The heaviness is gone, the contours are softened, and her eyes feel open again.

At the time of these pictures, she’s only two months post op and we see a significant change around her jawline. Any jowling and redundant skin has been addressed to create a streamlined profile.

A case of the magical disappearing incisions 😉. I carefully place my incisions along the natural ear contours and up within the hair. One month post-op, and she’s already glowing.

A smoother profile isn’t always about skin alone. Often it’s the platysma muscle that’s loosened, combined with enlarged or low-lying submandibular glands, creating that persistent fullness under the chin; no amount of skin tightening fixes that on its own.

In this case: platysmaplasty to tighten the muscle, gland reduction to address the bulge beneath the jawline, and fat transfer to the eyes to restore soft, natural volume that hollows out over time.
