Three month update from my 23-year-old preservation rhinoplasty and septoplasty patient!

Recap:
A dorsal preservation rhinoplasty removes the nasal hump by lowering the bridge from underneath rather than shaving it off. That way we can preserve the natural structure and decrease post-surgical swelling in the interim healing period. �
This patient had always been bothered by her hump and wanted a nose that matched her face, not a “trendy” nose… but her main goal for the surgery? Breathe better.

Although there still is still swelling, the dorsal hump has been removed, improving the aesthetic element and she can now breathe much better!

Here are the full facial rejuvenation results of my 44-year-old patient after only five weeks! Although she still has a long way to go, she’s already ecstatic with her results.

We also included her 1-day results while the hemostatic net was still in, and her five-day results after it had been removed two days prior.

In total, she had facial fat grafting and nano-fat added to her face, we also performed a deep plane facelift & neck lift with a hemostatic net and submandibular gland preservation. She also had a sliding brow lift, where we elevated the eyebrows on the subcutaneous plane.

Here is a close-up of Leslie’s lower face, focusing on her gliding jowl/marionette lift. She is 65-years-old and only three months post-op.

A gliding jowl/marionette lift elevates and repositions the subcutaneous tissue on the sides of the mouth, utilizing hemostatic net fixation to soften the marionette lines and improve heaviness around the mouth.

Note: She also had a lot of lip filler, which we were able to successfully dissolve prior to surgery Nassif MD.
