Prague feels like a city where every corner is holding onto a story. It feels almost like stepping into a fairytale with gothic spires, old stone bridges, cobblestone streets and views that look like they belong in a storybook. But my favorite part might be Prague’s darker charm that hide centuries of myths, legends and ghost stories. I only wish we had more time here to explore it all. 🇨🇿

Can your tummy tuck stay perfect after pregnancy?

Although I recommend patients get a tummy tuck after they have finished having kids, some patients sometimes get pregnant after I’ve operated on them. Every pregnancy is different but so far, but with my tummy tuck technique and the way I do the muscle repair and tightening, all of the patients that have gotten pregnant still look amazing. This patient got pregnant 3 times after I did her original tummy tuck.

This mother of twins looks amazing after her tummy tuck surgery. She had an extremely wide diastasis and large hernia. Her final result is natural looking, she has a perfectly contoured abdomen, her belly button is perfect and her scar is thin and barely visible. She feels super strong and confident and she looks amazing.

Many people have the misconception that tummy tucks are only for patients who are out of shape or overweight, but this couldn’t be farther from the truth - this patient is a perfect example. Many of my patients post pregnancy or after weight loss are in amazing shape but no amount of diet and exercise can repair their abdominal wall muscles and remove excess skin. My patients also feel much stronger in their core, overall have more energy, have less back pain and overall feel amazing and more confident. Tummy tucks are life changing and it brings me so much joy to be a part in my patients’ transformation - ❤️ Dr. Cat

Wow! My patient looks amazing 5 years after her tummy tuck surgery.

She had lost over 200 pounds resulting in a lot of excess skin. In her tummy tuck surgery, I removed over 18 inches of skin and fat which weighed 8 and a half pounds. She is feeling confident and looking incredible! I’m so grateful to be a part of her amazing transformation ♥️
