Could the side you sleep on actually be changing your face?

It’s one of the most common things patients tell Dr. Hussain—and the answer isn’t as straightforward as you might think.

Sleep position may play a role, but facial aging is influenced by bone structure, tissue support, sun exposure, and other factors. In this video, he breaks down what may matter, what probably doesn’t, and why facial asymmetry is often more complex than people realize.

A facelift should restore what time has softened—not create a different face.

For this patient, the goal was to address jowling, neck laxity, and loss of jawline definition while preserving the features that make her look like herself.

A customized face and necklift allowed us to redefine the jawline, smooth the neck, and create a more elegant profile without an overdone or pulled appearance. The result is refreshed, balanced, and naturally rejuvenated.

The best facelift results are often the ones people notice without knowing why. You look rested, more defined, and more youthful—but still unmistakably you.

Natural rejuvenation is always the goal.

True or False: You can biohack your way out of needing a facelift?

In this video, he shares his perspective on biohacking, aging, and what these strategies can—and can’t—do for facial rejuvenation.

The best rhinoplasty is the one that looks like you—only more refined.

This patient is 4 months post-op, and the transformation is all about balance and subtlety. We refined the dorsal hump, softened the profile, and gently deprojected and refined the tip while preserving her natural shape and ethnic features.

Notice how the nose appears straighter, the dorsal aesthetic lines are cleaner, and the tip is more defined. From the front, she still looks completely like herself. From the profile, the harmony is unmistakable.

Rhinoplasty is rarely about creating a new nose. It’s about making thoughtful adjustments that bring the entire face into better balance.

Subtle changes. A significant difference.

The Stealth Lift™ is designed to fly under the radar.

It’s facial rejuvenation that’s subtle… but snatched.

This patient is just 6 weeks after The Stealth Lift™—an endoscopic facelift with bone grafting performed through two tiny hidden incisions in the hairline, with no visible scars around the ears.

By repositioning the deeper facial tissues, lifting the midface, softening the nasolabial folds, restoring cheek support, and refining the jawline, we’re able to create a result that looks naturally refreshed rather than surgically altered. A small amount of bone grafting at the base of the nose helped restore structural support and improve overall facial harmony.

What makes The Stealth Lift™ different is that it focuses on restoration, not transformation. We treat the earliest signs of aging before they become obvious, preserving your identity while creating a sharper, more youthful facial structure.

She was back to work just four days later, with only minimal swelling and no visible signs of surgery.

The best facelift isn’t the one everyone notices. It’s the one they can’t quite figure out.

Does creatine cause hair loss? In this video, Dr. Hussain shares his perspective on the research, the myths, and what he thinks patients should actually pay attention to before jumping to conclusions.

This patient underwent The Stealth Hybrid Lift™, an advanced endoscopic revision facelift designed to correct the limitations of a previous open facelift while restoring natural facial balance.

By releasing scar tissue, repositioning the midface, restoring structural support, and refining the chin, lips, and earlobes, we were able to create a result that looks lifted, shorter, and more harmonious—without looking overfilled or overdone.

One of the most important goals was restoring the natural prominence of the cheekbone and brow rather than allowing volume to fall toward the lower face. Youth is about upward support and proportion, not simply adding more filler or fat.

The best revision results don’t erase your identity—they restore the architecture that time and prior surgery have altered.

A stronger jawline. A cleaner neck. The same face—just more defined.

This patient underwent a Deep Plane Mini Facelift and Neck Lift to restore structure without creating an overdone appearance. By refining the deeper tissues beneath the jaw while preserving the natural fat that gives the face a healthy look, we created sharper definition with smooth, masculine contours.

Can Botox do more than soften wrinkles? It might also help scars heal better.

Emerging research suggests Botox may improve scar quality by reducing tension on healing skin, creating a more favorable environment for recovery.

It's another example of how we're constantly looking at evidence-based ways to optimize healing and achieve the best possible outcomes.
