“I’ve been botched”.

For over a decade, this beautiful patient quietly carried the weight of a painful mistake — physically and emotionally — after being botched from liposuction which left lasting damage. Then came 3 pregnancies and severe diastasis, making her feel even more disconnected from the body she once recognized.

Every day became a reminder of the frustration, discomfort, and loss of confidence she had been living with for over a decade.

She avoided mirrors.
She hid her body.
And finding someone who was willing to help felt impossible.

While she was told liposuction was the answer, the problem was never just stubborn fat — she needed a tummy tuck from the get go.

After years of living with dents, divots, loose skin, and the heartbreak of feeling trapped in a body she no longer recognized, today was finally her reveal day… and the emotions spoke for themselves.

The loose skin is gone.
The severe diastasis was repaired.
The contour irregularities were corrected.
And for the first time in over a decade… she finally feels confident again.

Show our beautiful patient some love, she’s been through a lot and finally put her nightmare to rest.

Save this for anyone considering body contouring surgery.

The 5 questions that could save you from a plastic surgery nightmare.

Before ANY surgery, ask these 5 things:

1️⃣ Who do I see after surgery?
Will your surgeon actually follow up with you… or disappear after the procedure?

2️⃣ How many follow-ups are included?
Too few follow-ups should be a major red flag.

3️⃣ How long is the surgery REALLY supposed to take?
If every surgeon says 3 hours and one says 90 minutes… corners are being cut somewhere.

4️⃣ Who is my anesthesiologist?
“Whoever is available that day” is not the answer you want.

5️⃣ And most importantly… WHO is closing me?
Many patients don’t realize the surgeon isn’t always the one doing the final closure. That matters more than you think.

Plastic surgery isn’t Amazon Prime. Faster isn’t better. Cheaper isn’t safer. And good marketing doesn’t equal good surgery.

Do your homework. Your body has to live with the decision long after the trend fades.

Save this for your consultation. Send it to someone considering surgery.

How do surgeons rebuild a nose bridge?👃

Rebuilding a nose bridge is a process many don’t really know. There’s more to it than just making the nose “higher.” The technique your surgeon chooses can dramatically affect how natural your nose looks and feels years later.

Whether you’re born with a naturally low bridge common in many ethnic noses, or have saddle nose deformity (collapsing of bridge) as is the case with this patient, rebuilding the nose properly takes careful structural planning and technique— no shortcuts.

While some surgeons still use solid rib grafts, I’m not a fan as it can sometimes warp, shift, or feel overly hard over time. That’s why I use a more advanced approach called diced cartilage wrapped in fascia aka the “burrito technique.”

Why does this matter to patients?
Because this technique creates a bridge that looks smoother, feels softer, and blends more naturally with the rest of the nose instead of appearing stiff or obviously “done.”

What happens when a split-second accident changes the way you see yourself for more than a decade?

In this episode of Plastic Surgery Uncensored, I sit down with Jasmine, a Navy veteran who spent 11 years living with a traumatic lip deformity after an accident involving braces.

We discuss a procedure most people have never heard of: lip reduction surgery.

Jasmine’s story is a powerful reminder that not every procedure is about changing how you look. Sometimes it’s about restoring what was lost and finally putting an insecurity behind you.

Have you ever wondered why some rhinoplasty patients see beautiful definition immediately… while others stay swollen for prolonged periods of time?

One of the biggest factors is skin thickness.

Thin skin tends to show detail early, while thick skin holds swelling much longer and can take years to fully reveal the final result.

Same surgery. Completely different healing journeys.

Drop your rhinoplasty questions below. Education is everything. 👇

What happens when a “simple” nose job turns into years of regret, anxiety, and not recognizing your own face anymore?

In this episode of Plastic Surgery Uncensored, I sit down with Chloe to talk about the emotional reality of undergoing not one, but THREE rhinoplasties before finally finding relief.

We discuss the red flags patients often miss: rushed consultations, poor surgical planning, pressure to do more, lack of informed consent, and the emotional toll of living with a face that no longer feels like your own.

But this isn’t just a cautionary story. It’s also about hope, advocacy, and what happens when revision surgery is approached with honesty, strategy, and true expertise.

If you’ve ever considered rhinoplasty… this is an episode you should hear.

Considering liposuction now and a tummy tuck later? The sequence matters more than most patients realize.

Liposuction can create internal scar tissue that may make a future tummy tuck more complex — both surgically and from a healing standpoint.

Watch as I explain why timing matters and what to consider before undergoing one procedure before the other.

35 years ago, this lovely patient underwent a primary rhinoplasty… For decades, she lived with something that didn’t feel like her, never truly feeling at peace with her nose.

That emotional weight is real, and it’s something many patients quietly carry for years before finally seeking help.

Just 2 weeks after her revision rhinoplasty, seeing her reaction at her follow up reminded me why I love this work so much. There were tears, gratitude, relief… and for the first time in a very long time, she felt seen in the mirror again.

She’s still very early in her healing journey, a little bruised and swollen, and nowhere near her final result — but already looking beautiful! And more importantly… finally at peace.
