My go-to for nasal bridge augmentation is diced cartilage wrapped in fascia (DCF), basically like a little burrito.

It builds a strong, natural-looking profile.

There are many other options such as diced cartilage and glue, silicone implants, or even a full solid segment of rib (en bloc).

Which option is best really depends on exactly what you want, and what your surgeon is most comfortable with.

Fat transfer results can be incredible, but retention isn’t one-size-fits-all.

We typically see 75-80%, though GLP-1 use or strict dieting can lower that. Some patients need a second round, and that’s normal.
