A little sound, a little curiosity, and so much joy! 🩷✨

Thank you to Strive Center For Autism ABA for welcoming Mindful Motion today! It was such a meaningful experience sharing sound with the kids and giving them space to explore the ocean wave drum, singing bowls, and rainstick in their own unique ways. 🌈💕 I love creating opportunities for sensory exploration, self-expression, and connection, where every child is encouraged to engage in whatever way feels right for them 🎶

Before we close out 2026, can we talk about how much we've all been carrying? 🖤 The stress. The responsibilities. The emotional exhaustion. The constant feeling that there's always something else that needs our attention. And with the holidays approaching, life isn't exactly slowing down. What if you gave yourself permission to slow down instead?

November and December are bringing some beautiful experiences to Mindful Motion. 🕯️

✨ Nervous System Reset | Nov 1, Nov 15, Dec 6 & Dec 20 Candlelight, gentle movement, crystal singing bowls, and space to finally exhale.
📌 CenterPeace Healing - Farmington

🌚 The Release | Nov 23 A full moon circle with sound healing, reflection, and a burning release ceremony. Because not everything we've carried this year deserves to come with us into the next.

You don't have to have it all together. You don't have to be on some perfect healing journey. You can show up tired, overwhelmed, emotional, or simply needing an hour where nobody needs anything from you.
Rest isn't something you have to earn. 🤍

Spaces are limited to keep these experiences intimate. DM me for details or to save your spot. I'd love to hold space for you. 🫶

There were days I genuinely didn't know how I was going to make it through. Days I cried until I had nothing left. Days I had to pull myself together because life doesn't stop just because your world is falling apart. And the hardest part? The world keeps moving. People keep living. And somehow, you're expected to keep showing up like everything is fine. I didn't always handle it gracefully. I wasn't always positive. Some days I was angry. Some days I was numb.

Sometimes healing looks like ugly crying in your college classroom, wiping your tears, putting on your big girl panties, and standing in front of your students to teach like your entire world isn't falling apart. And nobody in that room has any idea what it took to get there that morning. Sometimes it's showing up to your yoga mat and crying through the entire practice. Sometimes it's sitting in your car trying to convince yourself you can do one more day.

But somehow, you keep showing up. I started Mindful Motion because I know what it feels like to desperately need somewhere to fall apart without having to explain why. Somewhere you don't have to be strong, have the answers, or pretend you're okay.

I'm still healing. I still have days that knock the wind out of me. And I've learned that healing doesn't mean you stop hurting. Sometimes it just means the hurt no longer gets to decide how your story ends. So if all you did today was hold yourself together long enough to get through it, I hope you know how much strength that took.

Because sometimes the strongest person in the room is the one who cried all the way there. 🩷

I created the kind of space I needed when life felt like too much. A room where nobody needed anything from me. Somewhere I could slow down, breathe, and stop holding everything together for a little while. That’s what Nervous System Reset is meant to be. Candlelight, gentle movement, breath, sound, stillness, and absolutely no pressure to arrive calm or have it all figured out. Our next experience is Sunday, October 18 at CenterPeace Healing Center in Farmington. If you’ve been telling yourself you need a break, maybe this is it. 🤍 Tickets are in the Linktree in bio 🫶
