The Full Moon in Aquarius is illuminating what has been waiting to be seen.🪞

This isn’t just another Full Moon.

The Sun is aligned with Jupiter, expanding whatever it touches. Confidence, optimism, abundance, and possibility may all feel heightened. But so can the ego, certainty, and the stories we tell ourselves.

In opposition , the Moon joins Pluto, bringing deeper emotions, hidden patterns, and old wounds into the light. What has been beneath the surface may now be impossible to ignore.

Aquarius invites perspective.
Leo reminds us to stay rooted in the heart.

The question isn’t, “What’s happening to me?” It’s, “What is this energy inviting me to release?”

Full Moons are a time of completion, letting go, and creating space for what is ready to emerge.

Set aside a little time to be with yourself.
🤍Breathe.
🤍 Meditate.
🤍 Journal.

Notice what you’re ready to release, not because it’s wrong, but because you’ve outgrown it.

This Full Moon is exact on July 29 at 7:35 a.m. PT, at 6°30′ Aquarius. The house it falls in within your birth chart reveals the area of life being illuminated and where this energy is inviting growth, transformation, and release.

There’s a world of difference between “I’m anxious” and “I’m noticing anxiety.” 🤍

When we say, I’m anxious, we unconsciously fuse with the feeling. It stops being something we’re experiencing and starts feeling like who we are.

But when we say, I’m noticing anxiety, something shifts.

Awareness enters.🪞

We create just enough space to witness the feeling instead of becoming it.

I often picture it this way: one foot standing in the white light of awareness, the other in the rainbow of human experience. Both are true at once.🌈✨

We don’t need to push anxiety away or pretend it isn’t there.

We simply notice it.

And in that noticing, choice returns.
That’s where freedom begins.

Tiny shifts. Big transformations. ✨

What are you noticing today?

You can’t change what you can’t see.🪞

But the moment you truly see it, the space between the trigger and your response widens. You stop reacting from the wound. You start responding from the witness.

That’s the whole practice.🖤

Have you ever noticed that no matter how much you accomplish, receive, or heal… there can still be a quiet ache?🤍

For years, I thought longing meant something was missing.

Then, during a conversation with davidji on THE SHADOW & THE LIGHT PODCAST, everything shifted.

What if longing isn’t asking us to go searching?

What if it’s inviting us to come home?

To this breath.
To this moment.
To the only place where life is actually unfolding.🌸

During the episode, the acronym WOMB came to me:

Wisdom Of My Becoming.

The more I sat with it, the more I realized…

The present moment is the womb.

Every moment is holding the wisdom needed for what is trying to emerge through us.

Not someday.
Now.

So perhaps the question isn’t:
“What am I longing for?”

Maybe the deeper question is:
“What is this moment trying to birth through me?”🌱

Comment WOMB, and I’ll send you the episode.

There are some books we read. And then there are books that quietly change the direction of our lives. 🙇‍♀️

This one has been my companion throughout this journey, from the rocky coastline of the South of France to the plains of Kenya, the shores of Diani Beach, and now home again.

Michael Singer’s work has shaped both my healing and the work I share with others.

After reading The Surrender Experiment in France in 2015, I had an experience that transformed my life and ultimately changed the direction of my work. It was also the beginning of what became one of my core teachings:

Mindfulness is the bullet train to freedom.⚡️

So when Wisdom Untethered was released, I knew it would be coming with me.

What I love most is its format. Through simple questions and answers, Mickey makes profound wisdom feel deeply accessible.

Sometimes the right book isn’t meant to teach us something new. It’s meant to help us release what we didn’t realize we were holding onto and remember what we’ve always known.

This one has definitely earned a place on my recommended reading list.

Comment BOOKS if you’d like my reading list of the books that have most shaped my life and work. 📚🤍

One of the gifts of being in Kenya during the time of the Great Migration has been witnessing thousands of wildebeest and zebras gathered across the plains. Each year, they instinctively begin one of the longest land migrations on Earth, guided by an inner wisdom they cannot see but somehow trust.

Every animal here seems to carry its own wisdom. Watching them has reminded me that there is another way of knowing beyond the endless chatter of the mind.

As I’ve been reflecting on all of this, it feels especially synchronistic that Jupiter has entered Leo, beginning a new cycle often associated with the heart, courage, and living from what is most authentic within us. Whether you see that astrologically or simply as a beautiful metaphor, it feels like an invitation. 💌

Africa has opened that invitation even wider for me. An invitation to trust the quieter wisdom within, to remember that not everything meaningful can be reasoned through, and to trust the quiet wisdom of the heart a little more.

Maybe it’s the compass that’s been trying to guide us home all along. 🧭
