Now 1 year post-op, her transformation shows how facial feminization is about balance, not just one procedure. Her FFS plan included a brow lift, forehead contouring, upper lip lift, jaw and chin contouring, a tracheal shave, and fat transfer to the cheeks and lower eyelids.

Each refinement contributes to a softer, more balanced appearance without relying on a single standout change.
