Facial aging doesn't happen all at once, it happens gradually.

The first signs often include volume loss, a softer jawline, neck changes, and skin laxity.

While these changes are a natural part of aging, recognizing them early can help you better understand your treatment options.

What an incredible experience spending the day with my family at the FIFA World Cup Quarterfinal at SoFi Stadium! ⚽️🌍 Watching Spain 🇪🇸 vs. Belgium 🇧🇪 on one of football’s biggest stages was unforgettable. To top it all off, it was a pleasure meeting Céline Dept and her fiancé. Grateful for these special moments with family, great football, and memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️🙌

The truth is, implant size is only one piece of the puzzle.

Beautiful breast augmentation results come from choosing implants that complement your body, your proportions, and your goals. Factors like your chest width, implant profile, tissue characteristics, and lifestyle all play an important role in creating results that look balanced and natural.

That's why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Two patients can choose the same implant size and have completely different outcomes based on their unique anatomy.

Our goal isn't simply to help you go bigger, it's to help you achieve results that feel right for you and enhance your natural shape with confidence.

"Do you ever say no to a patient?"

The answer is” yes” and sometimes, it's the most important thing we can do.

The foundation of great results starts with honest conversations and realistic expectations. Not every procedure is the right fit for every patient, and that's okay.

Our priority is never to promise something we can't deliver. It's to listen, understand your goals, and recommend the approach that's most likely to achieve safe, natural-looking results.

We believe the best patient relationships are built on trust, transparency, and doing what's right, not simply saying "yes." 👨⚕️

Your core, lower back, obliques, and pelvic floor all work together to support your posture, stability, and everyday movement. That's why we often recommend a Core to Floor approach.

By combining Emsculpt NEO, Emsculpt Edge, and Emsella, we can strengthen these muscle groups non-surgically to help improve core strength, support your body, and enhance muscle tone, all without surgery or downtime.

The best part? Every treatment plan is customized to your goals, whether you're looking to strengthen your core, improve muscle definition, or simply feel stronger from the inside out.

Many people assume fillers are the answer to every sign of facial aging, but that's not always the case.

While fillers are excellent for restoring lost volume, they can't lift sagging skin or redefine the jawline when aging becomes more advanced. In some cases, adding more filler can actually make the face look less balanced rather than more refreshed.

So how do you know if it might be time to consider a facelift instead?

If you're noticing loose skin, jowls, a loss of jawline definition, or that your fillers no longer provide the results they once did, it may be worth exploring whether a facelift is a better option for your goals.

The best treatment isn't always the newest or the least invasive, it's the one that's right for your unique anatomy and concerns. 😉

When most people think about rhinoplasty, they think about changing the appearance of the nose.

But did you know it can also improve how you breathe?

Cosmetic rhinoplasty focuses on refining the shape of the nose, while functional rhinoplasty is designed to improve airflow and nasal support. For many patients, addressing both function and appearance leads to the best overall outcome.

That's why a thorough evaluation is so important. A well-planned rhinoplasty should enhance your appearance while preserving, or even improving your ability to breathe.

Have you ever wondered whether your concerns are cosmetic, functional, or both? Let us know in the comments.

One of the biggest myths about rhinoplasty is that it should completely change the way you look.

The truth is, the best rhinoplasty doesn't make you look like someone else, it helps your features look more balanced and harmonious.

For this patient, Dr. Chahin performed a closed rhinoplasty, which means all the incisions were made inside the nose, so there are no visible external scars. He also smoothed the bump on the bridge of the nose and refined the tip to create a softer, more balanced profile while keeping the results natural.

No two noses or faces, are the same. That's why every rhinoplasty is customized to your unique facial features and goals.

Our goal is always to create results that enhance your natural beauty, not change who you are. 😉

One of the most common questions we hear is, "Can liposuction help me lose weight?"

The short answer is “NO”, and that's one of the biggest misconceptions about the procedure.

Liposuction isn't a weight-loss treatment. It's a body contouring procedure designed to remove stubborn pockets of fat that may not respond to a healthy diet and regular exercise.

If you're already close to your ideal weight but struggle with areas like the abdomen, waist, thighs, or arms, liposuction can help refine your shape and create a more balanced silhouette.

Think of it this way: weight loss changes the number on the scale, while liposuction helps reshape your body's contours.

Every patient is different, which is why every treatment begins with a personalized consultation. We'll take the time to understand your goals and determine whether liposuction is the right option to help you achieve the results you're looking for.
