🧠 QUICK FACT: Anger is often a secondary emotion.

Many people think anger comes out of nowhere, but it's often a reaction to emotions hiding underneath the surface.

Before anger shows up, you may actually be feeling:
💔 Hurt
😨 Fear
😳 Embarrassment
😟 Anxiety
🫣 Shame

When we recognize the emotion beneath the anger, we're better equipped to respond in healthy, productive ways instead of reacting impulsively.
