Our Fundamentals for Preparing for Labor & Birth class is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared for the birth experience ahead. We’ll cover everything from staying comfortable during pregnancy and creating birth preferences to understanding your options, skin-to-skin, and so much more.

Choose the format that works best for you:

Thursdays - October 8, 15 & 22

✨ Two-Day Series
Saturday & Sunday - October 17 & 18
