As business leaders, professionals, caregivers, and teams, we spend much of our lives solving problems, making decisions, supporting others, and moving quickly from one responsibility to the next.
What if, for just one hour, we collectively chose something different?
On World Meditation Day — Thursday, May 21 — I’ll be hosting a complimentary live Zoom meditation at 7:00 AM in recognition of this global observance dedicated to mental clarity, emotional resilience, and well-being.
Meditation is no longer simply considered a personal wellness practice—it is widely recognized as a powerful tool to support:
