Summertime and the living is easy!! Or so the song goes. This is an easy and delish salad. Fresh mozzerella, fresh, juicy tomatoes and tender, flavorful basil! It all depends on my mood. Generally you'll see this sliced , but with grape tomatoes I'll cut everything approx same size, drizzle to taste, and for me that's liberally, evoo, balsamic vinegar, course sea salt and a dash of pepper.
