Here is the description of weekly yoga classes being held on Zoom. Each class includes some breath work called pranayama assisting you to enter the yoga zone of centering, focus and calming the fluctuation of the mind. The length of class is 1 hr 15 min. The price is $12. which you can pay via pay pal or I can take your credit card info. The classes are conducted in English and Sanskrit the langua

ge of Yoga and are open to all levels. Classes may vary depending of whom is attending and the need of the participants.�MONDAY @ 9am: Energizing VINYASA Flow incorporating Sun Salutations A & B plus some balancing like Dancer, Tree & Eagle poses. We incorporate some core work and nice relaxation. �TUESDAY @ 4.45pm: Yoga for everybody incorporating themes like open heart, hip opener , chakra balancing.�WEDNESDAY @ 9 am: Strength, flexibility & Core.�FRIDAY @ 9 am YIN Yoga Deep stretch to relax & restore. In Yin yoga we stay between 3 to 5 minutes in a posture to give a great stretch increasing flexibility, suppleness of body and mind assisting the spirit to descend in a zone of quietness.�SATURDAY @ 9 am: Warrior dance, moving through a sequence that engage our spiritual warrior.�SUNDAY @ 9am: Conscious Evolution Yoga practice includes Kriyas ( actions that liberate) Mantras ( Sacred Chants to go into the heart) Mudras ( gesture to assist one's evolution)and asanas, pranayama and meditation. Bonjour a toutes et tous,
au Québec, la célébration de la St Jean et de la fête du Canada a eu lieu la semaine passée tandis qu' aux États Unis ils célébreront le 4 de juillet la fête de l'indépendance. Toutes ces belles fêtes nous font bien profiter de l'été Le mois de juillet ouvre ses bras invitant l'habileté de changer et grandir. L'influence dont nous avons besoin survient lorsque la peine et la souffrance de rester dans les anciens motifs devient plus intense que le changement. Cette semaine les pratiques de yoga sur zoom se concentreront sur la possibilité de changer. Super hâte de vous voir sur votre tapis de yoga. Une petite note les cours de yoga sur zoom sont donnés en Anglais vu le plus grand nombre anglophone inscrit pour Vendredi Yin Yoga et Samedi Yoga pour le changement.
