I'M SUPER FU***NG PROUD OF THIS GUY RIGHT HERE!!!

In a little over a years time, he has lost close to 70lbs 😯

To top it all off, he finally deadllifted his own body weight, for not one, but two sets of 15 today! So proud to be apart of his journey
