Christmas came early for Russell Rehab! Wow.
Today, we received a few packages containing these books and activities as donations from some dear friends and family which will be used as supplemental speech therapy materials.
Speech Language Pathologists love using books in therapy because it is functional, and a great way to improve expressive & receptive language, literacy skills, and phonemic awareness.
This holiday season I am thankful for the unwavering support of this practice from those close to me, as well as my patients and their families for putting their trust in me.

In-home: We travel to patient’s homes within an 80 mile radius of Big Rapids.
*New COVID-19 precautions put in place: all family members must wear a mask while therapist is in the home until further notice.

💻: Further than 80 miles? (Or just looking for the virtual option) No worries; teletherapy services can be provided ANYWHERE in the state of Michigan! ☺️
Teletherapy can be just as effective as in-person speech therapy, and eligibility for this option will be determined by SLP following consultation or evaluation.
