Family Health Care was one of the first community health centers in the nation to develop a “one-stop shopping” concept for health care services.

Family Health Care (FHC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1967. As one of Michigan's first community health centers, FHC developed a "one-stop-shop" concept for all health care services. Services offered at FHC include family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, comprehensive dental service, full-service pharmacies, laboratory, x-ray, behavioral health care, therapy servic

es, health education, and school-based programming. FHC has health centers located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain, and White Cloud. Our team is composed of diverse and passionate individuals who want to impact the communities we serve positively.

We are seeking two full-time Patient Care Specialists (LPN, MA, or EMT) to join our Cadillac medical team.

In this role, you’ll work alongside providers in a primary care setting, supporting patients by taking vitals, administering immunizations, assisting with procedures, and preparing exam rooms.
