Family Health Care was one of the first community health centers in the nation to develop a “one-stop shopping” concept for health care services.

Family Health Care (FHC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1967. As one of Michigan's first community health centers, FHC developed a "one-stop-shop" concept for all health care services. Services offered at FHC include family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, comprehensive dental service, full-service pharmacies, laboratory, x-ray, behavioral health care, therapy servic

es, health education, and school-based programming. FHC has health centers located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain, and White Cloud. Our team is composed of diverse and passionate individuals who want to impact the communities we serve positively.

Due to an unforeseen maintenance issue, Family Health Care – White Cloud will continue to have adjusted operations.

Pharmacy and vision services will continue operating as normal. Please follow directional signage when arriving at the clinic.

Medical, dental, and behavioral health services will be temporarily moved to other FHC clinics. For more information regarding medical and behavioral health appointments, please call (213) 689-5943. For dental questions, call (231) 689-1608.
