This is a reminder that you never need to defend your sobriety to someone, ever. If someone is bothered by your sobriety it is not about you, the only thing you’ve done is trigger something within them that they are insecure about, probably their drinking. Some people are going to put you down because you’re doing something they want to do. There’s only a few options, offer them help to bring them up or walk away and distance yourself from them. It is okay to have a hard conversation with someone and set boundaries, you do not have to justify or explain anything to them. Just tell them their behavior is not okay and you won’t tolerate it, draw the line in the sand and hold the line.

All, with the farmers market on Wednesday’s I thought Monday would be a good time to pivot to for the summer. With the Holiday this weekend meetings will pick back up on Monday the 11th 🙂
