A Harvest Moon Sound + Energy Ceremony

We're taking Full Moon healing out onto the land.

On Saturday, September 26, we'll gather on the farm beneath the energy of the Harvest Moon.

September's fiery Aries Full Moon asks us to turn our attention toward ourselves—our needs, our truth, our courage, our desires—and notice what we've been carrying that may no longer belong in the season we're entering.

This ceremony will include:

🌕 Harvest Moon intention setting
🌾 Guided meditation + reflection
🎶 Immersive sound healing
🔥 Full Moon release ritual
🍂 Harvest ritual
📓 Journaling + integration

We'll honor what you've grown.
We'll identify something that feels ready to be put down.
We'll allow sound and energy to help us process it.
We'll offer what we're releasing to the fire.
And then we'll choose what we're ready to carry forward.

All while surrounded by the land moving through its own season of harvest and release.

We are about to enter the dark half of the year. This time is always challenging for me and I know I'm not alone.

As I step back into my routine this September I am adding in some dedicated time each day to honor myself.

I am choosing evening, before bed and I plan to vary my self-care (I like variety!), however, I do plan to read every night.

My purpose for doing this is to help me ground myself in the present moment so I can enjoy this time with my family. Heavy school-year schedules usually lead to burnout for me and I think this hour+ will help me avoid burnout.

I am hoping this time will help me regulate my nervous system, provide me with more energy, and reduce my stress levels which will help me enjoy life a whole bunch more!

I did this all the time.

"Sorry for the crazy hair today."
"Don't mind me, I just finished working out."
"You're getting a make-up free version of me today."

Then, one day, I realized...

I have never once looked at a woman on social media and thought, yikes, you should have brushed your hair before recording your video. Not until they bring it up, that is. And even then, I think, I was interested in what you were saying, not how you look.

And I know that there are lots out there hyper-critical of how women appear, but they have their own wounds to heal. That's not your problem.
