Do you want to be ‘healthy’ but don’t know where to start? You’re not alone.

1) Join the conversation. Meet LIFTT’s ongoing health and wellness classes, or meet with a certified health coach for a one-on-one session. We’re here to meet you where you’re at.

2) LIFTT offers diverse exercise and wellness classes, promoting the health of individuals with all abilities.

3) Exercise can be social and FUN. Joining a group exercise can promote overall health while being under the guidance of a professional to tailor the class to your individual needs.

4) Learning these lifelong skills can change and enhance your culture around food. Eating healthy shouldn’t be ‘gross’ or ‘daunting’. Find more about our recommended recipes and low-sugar cookbook.
