Join us for a Car Care Clinic on Thursday, August 20th from 1 pm to 3 pm at Eagle Seeker Community Center (1125 Broadwater Ave 59102).

Attendees must be registered with Community Support at BUIHWC and have a registered vehicle present in order to participate.

Additionally, participants who attend this workshop will also qualify to receive car maintenance supplies.

BUIHWC extends support to our relatives with long hair and braids. It can be difficult at times to keep your hair long in environments where long hair or braids are not the standard, but your community recognizes and honors the strength it takes to make the choice to stay true to your culture.

Positive Indian Parenting is an 8-week course that empowers families to reclaim Native teachings for nurturing and guiding children today. Sign up to join the next session!

BUIHWC adopted a couple garden beds at "The People's Garden" at the Metra this summer! Our beds feature a variety of healthy, traditional, and medicinal plants.

Our recovery groups planted seeds in early June and have been caring for our plant relatives ever since. At this point, the gardens are thriving.

Do you want to make sure your property is distributed according to your wishes? A Will is the answer. Montana Legal Services Association together with Billings Urban Indian Health & Wellness Center (BUIHWC) is organizing a FREE wills clinic in Billings on Friday, July 24th. It is open to all tribal members who live in Billings or nearby reservations/towns and are willing to travel.

Please note we have eligibility requirements and a limited number of slots, so if you are interested, please schedule an appointment in advance. If we have walk-ins, we will go through an intake to check eligibility for our services and will complete a will over the phone, or in-person if we have open slots.
