Hey beautiful souls,

I had a reminder on my heart and wanted to share it with you.

When many of us were younger, fear felt almost nonexistent. We were riding roller coasters, jumping off swings, and yelling, “Look what I can do!”

But now, as adults, fear can feel a lot louder.

Why? Because being uncomfortable, trying new things, healing, growing, and putting yourself out there can feel scary.

I find myself facing that too. What helps me keep going is remembering the beautiful souls I’ve met, and even the ones I haven’t met yet. My care for you and your healing journey means more to me than letting fear stop me.

So today, I’m reminding myself and encouraging you too:

Fear can mean:

False Evidence Appearing Real

But we can also choose to let fear mean:

Face Everything And Rise

We got this!

Good morning beautiful souls!
What a weekend second time at the Montana Renaissance Festival, but my first year actually dressing up. I created a character, a backstory, and fully embraced the experience.
I was way outside my comfort zone...but I had such a great time.
Thank you to my friends for encouraging me to try something new. Growth doesn't always feel comfortable, but sometimes that's exactly where the magic happens.

Today feels oddly fitting… because healing work and fudge both require patience, layers, and not falling apart under pressure 😅🍫

To all the mental health professionals, trauma-informed practitioners, counselors, coaches, advocates, and safe humans out there.

Thank you.
Thank you for holding space when people feel broken.
Thank you for showing up even when you’re tired too.
Thank you for the emotional labor, the grounding breaths, the gentle reminders, and the unwavering belief that people can heal.

As an HMR Practitioner and holistic wellness provider, I deeply respect the people dedicating their lives to supporting mental and emotional wellness every single day.

Some days this work looks like breakthroughs and transformation.
Other days it looks like deep breaths, hydration, emotional regulation… and trying not to survive off caffeine alone 😂

So today, celebrate the progress.
Celebrate the people helping others carry heavy things.
Celebrate the small wins, the boundaries, the breakthroughs, the tears, the laughter, and the moments where someone finally says:

“I feel safe again.”

It’s that you’ve tried to move on, and something still lingers.
Not loud.
Not obvious.
But present.
That quiet feeling of: “Why is this still here?”
That’s where deeper work begins.
Not by forcing it…
but by allowing your system to safely let go of what it’s been holding.
You don’t have to push through it alone.
