There simply aren’t enough words to explain what Crystal and Tambra mean to BFC. They are the definition of unsung heroes…. the kind of people who quietly go above and beyond every single day, often doing a hundred things that no one else ever sees.

They advocate, problem-solve, encourage, protect, listen, laugh, love, and somehow keep showing up with their whole hearts… even on the hard days. Their impact reaches far beyond their job titles and into the lives of our residents, families, and coworkers.

Crystal & Tambra, this recognition is so incredibly deserved. We see you. We appreciate you. And we are beyond proud to have you representing Billings Fairchild Center as Heart of the Diamond Award nominees! 💎

💛 Sometimes birthdays aren’t easy. Sometimes being celebrated, or even simply accepting love and attention, can feel a little uncomfortable.

But that doesn’t mean we stop showing up. ❤️

A sombrero, some Mexican food, a cupcake with a candle, a few smiles, and people determined to make sure she knew her birthday mattered because SHE matters.

Culture in Action is meeting people exactly where they are… even when accepting the love is the hardest part; and gently reminding them that they are worthy of being celebrated. 🎂🥰

Happy Birthday, sweet lady. We’ll keep loving on you until you get used to it. ❤️

🧹💙 Who knew mopping could be this much fun?! 😂 Helping out our housekeeping crew, lending a hand, and having an absolute blast while doing it!

Around here, teamwork isn’t just about getting the job done but it’s about finding joy, purpose, and a whole lot of laughter along the way. ❤️

Everybody can contribute. Everybody belongs. And apparently… everybody can mop! 😂🧹

A little BINGO, a lot of smiles, and just the right amount of friendly competition! 😂 Complete OK stopped by and brought some extra fun to our day, and judging by those faces, BINGO business was taken very seriously! 🔴🟠🟡🟢🔵🟣

We’re so thankful for community partners who show up, spend time, laugh, play, and help make ordinary days a little more special for the people we serve.

🦉🐋🐅 Learning is a whole lot better when you’re doing it together and having a little fun while you’re at it! 😂

This moment was filled with listening, laughing, answering questions, learning new things, and probably a few very confident answers whether they were right or not. 😉 🧡

Because learning doesn’t have to happen behind a desk or feel like work. It can be social, interactive, silly, and something everyone gets to be part of.

Learning together. Laughing together. Growing together. That’s Culture in Action. ❤️

💖🥤In this moment, a Dr Pepper wasn’t just a Dr Pepper.

After going through a really hard time, she walked again with physical therapy. 💞 And THAT deserves a celebration.

Sometimes progress comes in huge milestones, and sometimes it comes one determined step at a time. Today, those steps meant a little more freedom, a little more strength, and a whole lot of reason to smile.

So when you work that hard and take those steps again… you absolutely celebrate with a cold Dr Pepper. 🥤🙌

We are incredibly proud of her determination and of the people beside her cheering her on every step of the way.

🕷️🍿❤️ Because this week sometimes culture in action looks like learning together… and sometimes it looks like Spider-Man, popcorn, pizza, pretzels, nachos, milkshakes, blankets, and absolutely ZERO regrets. 😂

A trip to the movies isn’t “just” a trip to the movies. It’s choosing what you want to see, picking your favorite snack, laughing with your friends, dressing for the occasion (clearly Spider-Man understood the assignment 🕷️😂), and getting to simply enjoy a really good day.

These are the moments we love most… the ordinary adventures that turn into the best memories. ❤️

This week’s mission: have fun. Mission accomplished. 🍿🎬🕸️
