NuCare Medical & Weight Loss Center NuCare Medical & Weight Loss is a locally owned office by two established Family Nurse Practitioners. NuCare is ready to assist you with your healthcare needs.

We are currently providing Telehealth visits, and select services in office. NuCare Medical and Weight Loss Center provides primary care for chronic conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, and Asthma, just to name a few. We also do FDA-approved medications for weight loss for those that have qualifying BMI’s. We are taking cash payments only at this time. Some visits may require an in-person visit: weigh-ins, physicals, and blood pressure checks.
