Just rambling a bit about bottles and "the triangle method". Goal is to find a bottle that works well for your baby. When we find a bottle ni**le that has the right flow and shape for your baby to latch in a biologically normal way, we are supporting healthy, calm eating.

Instagram keeps telling me to make my videos under 3 minutes, but I can't hahaha. So here is my shortest tip possible explaining how dang important it is to have a pumping bra.
