I'm excited to share the newly redesigned Soul Centered Integrative Counseling website! ✨

With a fresh new look, improved functionality, and a new server behind the scenes, the site is designed to make it easier to learn about my practice, explore my services, and take the first step toward therapy.

I'm currently accepting new telehealth clients in Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. I work with older teens-adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Sometimes our interests and professional lives overlap in unexpected ways.

I was honored to have my article, How to Avoid the Charleston Crashout, published in Mahj Magazine. While the article focuses on a common mahjong experience, it also highlights skills that extend beyond the game: flexibility, emotional regulation, resilience, and adapting when things don't go according to plan.

As a therapist, I am always fascinated by the ways everyday experiences can teach us about ourselves. Whether at the mahjong table or navigating life's challenges, our ability to stay present, adjust, and move forward often matters more than having the perfect hand.
