It's that time again to highlight why Fyzical is a great place to work and receive care. Introducing Megan Chipper, PT, DPT. Megan is a dedicated physical therapist from Binghamton. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Scranton, a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience from Binghamton University, and a Associate in Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from SUNY Broome Community College. Before earning her DPT, Megan worked as a licensed PTA for 8 years in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She is certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment approach for individuals with Parkinson's disease, and has completed coursework in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Megan has a strong interest in spine care and specializes in restoring functional movement through a combination of individualized exercise prescription and hands-on manual therapy techniques. She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to helping her patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence in their daily lives. Megan is deeply committed to supporting others on their healing journey, with a passion for restoring function, independence, and hope. Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time in nature, kayaking, hiking, camping and playing paintball.
