LOURDES UPDATE: We continue to experience technology issues that may cause delays in responding to inquiries and processing prescription refill requests.

To expedite your refill request, please call your pharmacy and ask the pharmacist to FAX (not send electronically) the request to your provider. Prescriptions for controlled substances must be picked up at your provider's office.

We are taking extra time with each patient to ensure the best and safest care possible, which may cause some delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues. Thank you!
