Please join us in congratulating Jim Conklin on his new role as Assistant Administrator at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing!
Jim brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, serving in a variety of roles throughout his career. Most recently, he spent 13 years at Absolut Center, where he served as the Director of Community Life and Volunteer Coordinator. In that role, Jim developed meaningful activity programs that enhanced residents' quality of life and created lasting memories for those in his care.
Anyone who has had the opportunity to work with Jim knows that his greatest strength is his compassion. He has a remarkable ability to make residents feel valued, respected, and loved. His caring nature, positive attitude, and wonderful sense of humor brighten the days of everyone around him. Whether he's supporting a resident, helping a coworker, or stepping in wherever he's needed, Jim is always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile.
After years of dedicated service and leadership in long-term care, we are excited to see Jim take the next step in his career as Assistant Administrator. He has already begun making a positive impact at Bridgewater Center, and we know his passion, experience, and commitment to excellence will continue to strengthen our team and enhance the care we provide.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, spending time with family and friends, and caring for his two beloved cats.
