You love your teen. But does it ever feel like you’re losing connection with them?

The teenage years can leave even the most loving parents feeling overwhelmed, confused, and frustrated.

We’ve created a space for parents and caregivers to come and talk about what’s going with their teen and learn from two of our therapists, Rowan and Gwen, who specialize in working with adolescents.

Join us for an 8-week series and together, you’ll learn how to:

✨ Better understand what’s happening developmentally beneath your teen’s behaviors.
✨ Communicate in ways that strengthen connection.
✨ Talk about social media, AI, relationships, s*x, their mental health, making safe choices and so much more
✨ Ask your questions and build a relationship with your teen that lasts beyond these challenging years.

The teenage years can be incredibly rewarding, but they can also leave parents wondering, “Am I handling this the right way?” ❤️ You don’t have to navigate this season alone.

Join us for an interactive 8-week series designed for parents and caregivers of teens (ages 12–18). Led by therapists Gwen Bobst, LAPC, and Rowan Neuville, LSW, this in-person group combines practical education, meaningful discussion, and a supportive community of parents who understand the unique challenges of raising teens today.

You’ll have opportunities to ask questions, share experiences, and learn alongside other parents.

Together, we’ll explore topics including:
• Understanding the adolescent brain
• Healthy communication and navigating conflict
• Identity development in today’s world
• Technology, social media, dating, and healthy relationships
• School stress, motivation, and AI
• Anxiety, depression, self-harm, and crisis response
• Parent-driven discussions based on your family’s unique needs

✨Welcome to our new home! ✨Opening August 1st!

After months of dreaming, planning, making countless decisions, renovating, solving unexpected problems, and watching this space slowly come to life, we’re so excited to officially share that Integrate is moving to our new home at 30 South Hershey Ave in Leola on August 1st!

This building is so much more than brand new walls and fresh paint. It’s a space intentionally created to feel warm, welcoming, and safe. A place where hope and healing can happen.

This journey stretched and surprised us (and taught us way more about zoning requirements than we really cared to know). And we realized we have very strong opinions about paint colors - shoutout to “Evergreen Fog.” 😉

Most of all, we’re incredibly grateful. It’s hard to even put that gratitude into words….

To our clients who have trusted us, our clinicians and admin team who have embraced every decision and new plan, to Ambur’s husband Bennett who designed and led the renovation process, and everyone who helped out or encouraged this dream along the way, thank you!

And a special moment of gratitude for Ambur. She faced so many challenges and decisions with bravery, and she was so dedicated to her vision, directing this venture with humility and grace. When asked what she hopes someone would feel when they walk through these doors for the very first time, she shared:

“I hope they feel HOPE. Hope that healing is possible. Hope that they don’t have to carry everything alone anymore. Hope that this can be the place where something begins to change. If someone walks through our doors and feels just a little safer, a little more hopeful, or a little less alone before their session even begins, then every late night, every difficult decision, and every challenge along the way was worth it.”

We can’t wait to welcome you into this next chapter! Here’s to new beginnings, continued healing, and a home that will hold so much HOPE. 🤍
